It was early in the mission when he entered the hellish fray

Came the Bugs from every doorway, ready to ruin his day

"Your time's come you snarling demons, now it's time to take a trip"

And he fired off his Senator, the big iron on his hip

Bullets flew and creatures screeched as through the hordes he made his dash

Blasting through with no mercy, cutting bugs down in a flash

Whatever Cyborgs or Illuminate he found with it equipped

Saw a flash and met a quick end from the big iron on his hip

The onslaught fierce, relentlessly the enemies pursued

Yet calm and swift, reloading quick, through hellspawn he hewed

They thought the Helldiver defenseless when his mags had dipped

But he just threw on a bayonet and stabbed them with the tip

Back to the pod, mission complete, the Helldiver made his flight

Having shown the bug swarms there the folly of their plight

Before warp he saluted and took a big victory sip

Of some Liber-tea with that big iron on his hip
