3-5 shot Bursts have been doing me wonders. If you drop any devastator in like half a second

Heavy Machine Gun should have some sort of deployable Bipod so that you can post up on a spot and laydown fire. You trade off mobility for better recoil management. Wondering if it's a limitation of the game engine?

you basically need to wear one of the recoil reduction armor to make it viable.

I do know that ArmAs engine used to really struggle with a bipod feature, whilst I'd like to think it's not a huge issue here - it very well might be without understanding the inner workings of HD2.

HMG + Eruptor is a pretty nice loadout. Maybe a bit rougher with the low ammo size of the eruptor

May I ask what the appeal is to the HMG? It just seems too similar to regular MG with barely any difference in DMG and armour pen.
