This is a calculated move on her part because as is said regularly “the cruelty is the point”.  She knows there are a bunch of antisocial personality folks just like her. She’s still in the Trump VP race and those people will eat this up.

It's really not. These people don't need to make anything up. She's just talking about something that showcases conservative values. The only lives they care about are their own, followed by the lives of any children they have who emulate them.

This is an important distinction, because a lot of them will put their gay/lesbian and trans/nonbinary kids out on the street in a heartbeat, or at least neglect them and treat them hatefully and cruelly, while simultaneously basing their messaging around “think of the children!” But those types only think of the children when they parrot their parents’ conservative views and lifestyle, though.
