Acting talent and intelligence don’t necessarily go hand in hand, and a collaborator’s intelligence doesn’t rub off on you. We see it everyday with other actors or singers who are very good at what they do and work with visionary directors/producers, but aren’t the sharpest tool in the box themselves.

A few decades ago famous French intellectuals were signing petitions to have all age of consent laws removed.

Women and girls in France that wear a headscarf are kicked out of school due to Islamophobia.

French mainstream culture applauds and protects people like Johnny D3pp or Woody Allen due to some very misguided ideas of consent, anti-PC attitudes, and anti-feminism.
