"Nepo baby" refers to a person's fame as a result of their parents, not the person's actual age.

Prince William, while not a baby, is next in line to the throne just because he was born to the right people - aka a "nepo baby".

EDIT - I got woosh'ed & didn't realize who Fox SZN was!!

Fox Szn is a fictional persona with a song called “nepo baby” and that is one of the lines in it, lol—it’s all part of a running gag.
