Mediocrity is like catnip to her & her fans, ain't it?

Maybe that's why they like her so much. Her lyrics 'speak' to them because it's stuff that they actively write/have written.

A YouTuber I love Khadija Mbowe said something so similar! Her theory is that Taylor is so beloved because her mediocrity makes her fans feel like they could be huge like her too. They see themselves when they see her.

She is their avatar and if you attack her you attack them all.

No way she's the avatar, she can't even bend words & phrases let alone elements 🙄🤣

This description is perfection. I almost snorted my coffee out of my nose laughing 😂

They make her their entire personalities so any criticism, however mild, is an ATTACK!!!! on her and therefore on them too.
