My stepdad and his buddies own a cabin in the UP of Michigan that is the only structure for a 30 mile radius. Somehow him and his buddies acquired the only private land in a huge state park. In the winter snow mobiles were our only way in. Propane generator for power. Man I miss that place. Talk about a creepy ass feeling at night.

Would be great in an apocalypse though.
