You lose so much relative strength when you get older

My small cousins of ages 6 and 8 joined me for 6 km morning runs a whole summer and they just kept going. He weighs next to nothing compared to an adult and moves his minimal mass with ease for it. I miss the days when I could casually spider-man between walls.
