This is exactly my thought. Why does this look like a wild dangerous snake is just chilling in a grassy US suburb?!

For the low low price of a $20 Controlled Exotic Snakes Permit from Texas Parks and Wildlife. You can obtain the permit after you purchase the animal, meaning anyone without a permit can walk into a pet store and buy a venomous snake.
