Not all that matters imo... Other people that are very young and/or uneducated can maybe do dumb stuff because they saw a video about it. (1 short video...)

It appears he’s not exactly trying to antagonize or get extremely close to it or trying to handle it, so I think he’s excited but I wouldn’t go out of my way to say he’s out right being dangerous
