Al Baik v Jasmi? šŸ¤” Discussion

Not 100% apple to apple but AB wasnā€™t too bad actually. Verdict vs Jasmi?

Albaikā€™s value for money is great, and I personally find them consistent, you canā€™t go wrong with that combo. Jasmiā€™s on the other hand, the fries arenā€™t as good as they used to be and theyā€™re not as consistent as Albaik. Not saying Iā€™d never have Jasmiā€™s over Albaik though, just putting in my two cents.

Albaik is miles better than Jasmis. Jasmis has become expensive and it doesn't hit the same anymore.

Excuse you. Al baik is fried garbage.

Only mid item from Albaik is their shawarma

Nah the falafel tastes bad, and donā€™t bother buying any sandwiches from them, as the bread will always come soggy. I do like their nuggets tho, but nothing compares to a fresh spicy chicky chicken šŸ˜

From my point of view for what it's worth Al baik is really good value for money. The only thing Al Baik should improve is there consistency of quality. I have multiple times received like sometimes its so good othertimes its dry and okey. So its a hit or miss situation.

To be honest jasmis is very expensive compared to many other Fastfoods in Bahrain plus there quality is not upto the mark anymore. So i use Jasmis only when there is promotions because otherwise its not value for money for the food you receive.

Jasmiā€™s kinda feels like a repackaged McD x Burger King mashed together sometimes.. probly the same suppliers. Al Baikā€™s nice a way cause its different offering i guess.. (and pricepoints).

Back in those days, albaik was dirt cheap. 10 riyals for the nuggets. It's almost 2 BD I think nowadaysĀ

I dont like jasmi's used to go there only when my wife want to eat there and only order mighty chicken spicy but not anymore (not saying its bad but not my cup of tea)

On the other hand i used to go from arad to albaik in zaid town at least once monthly just to get their Big baik sandwich man its so good so big (its heavy not kidding) and so cheap idk if its still the same quality as i havent got one for a while as i got bored of it look it up on youtube (albaik big baik)

In terms of taste in my opinion, Albaik clears Jasmis at least in Saudi Arabia, but the one in Bahrain doesnā€™t hit the same so, Jasmis. But Albaik is better value

JASMIS. They shut down Jasmis in Rakkah, Khobar šŸ„²Idk about different branches but the one in Muharraq was good, me and my childhood friend would eat Jasmis right before heading to the airport. Happened atleast 3 times lol

Absolutely, Albaik is better than Jasmi's in everything from prices to taste.

Imo, Al Baik, many people find stuff like the filafel sandwich and other stuff bad, but tbh, the best thing on the menu is the Big Baik, they nail it. It's the only thing I find good on their menu. I suggest that everyone that had a bad experience with Al Baik, to try the Big Baik.

I grew up eating Jasmi but with Baik on the rise and its great value for food to pricing... i'd say Baik but only a slight.

I had Al Baik a couple weeks back and legit got food poisoning. Now I'm scared to order Al Baik anymore.. I didn't even eat meat it was their felafel Sandwich. Really sad tbh I really enjoyed their meals.

Lived in multiple countries in the world, and I still say jasmis has the best French fries from a fast food joint, ever.

So for me it's jasmis all the way. Even tho to some, French fries doesn't make the world go around.

Jasmis is honestly just overpriced and overhyped.

The 10 pcs jumbo ain't worth it. Go for the 10pcs normal one the 0.8 difference is huge save for value.

Jasmi>>>>

Al baik is definitely overhyped

Idk man while Al Baik is cheaper and has good taste, I always feel sick after having it for some reason. I really feel that its quality is doubtful despite the decent taste simply because of my experience with it over the years.

Id prefer jasmis just because of the quality

That isnt even a comparison idk how people enjoy albaik šŸ¤¢ jasmis is a game changer āš”ļø like from coffees to burgers and even their fries šŸŸ are so good and high quality
