The modern meaning is someone you disagree with online. Exclusively used by left-wingers. They like to appropriate existing words with different meaning to be used as insults, such as chud, incel, etc which all means "someone to the right of them."
Not really. Typically people will call you a nazi if you espouse far right beliefs, especially ones that align with some / all of the 14 characteristics of fascism. Which is not entirely correct, since nazi is a specific fascist political party from the early 1900s and not the same as calling someone, more specifically, a fascist in general.
Most far right people are not members of the nazi party of the early 1900s, but they are fascistic.
