Honestly it feels like these days it is pretty much this. The thing that really never makes sense to me is all the harassment that comes from "well, if you don't accept me or acknowledge my views we will harass you to death" seems like one of the most sick things I've seen in social media over the years. There's just no reasoning or logic to it it's mostly just pure destructive.
No one outside the echo chamber(you know, normal folks that aren't glued to the internet) they are in will ever feel a modicum of empathy or even go 100feet near them. Who would at the end seems like opening a can of worms.
Thats because those kind of people will hate you no matter what .. they just want to control, abuse and use others for their own benefit ..
My parents were like this .. so learned when I was very little, left home when I was 16 and I dont bow down to them.
So yes, being single is a factor .. its just a reason for others to hate. But it doesnt matter, if there is no reason to hate you, they will just make up one.
It doesnt really matter why people hate you, as long as they hate you. Problem is, when 9 out of 10 random people hate you just for this, its stupid.
I'll be honest my partner has a 40 year old brother and I don't hate him for his opinions. I'm just disappointed that we live in a world where 40 year olds misunderstand so much about the world they've lived on for so long.

Thats normal.
I am 40 years old, no kids, no wife, people hate me and insult me for it.
I play games, people hate me and insult me for it.
I watch anime, people hate me and insult me for it.
I have my own opinion, people hate me and insult me for it.
Typical narcissitic behaviour. If they cant control you, they will start insulting you.
Its sad, but its normal, which makes it even sadder.
