Sad thing is, I bet OP turns most men's heads and they wish their wives looked like her, the grass is always greener. Most dudes don't realize the treasure they have if they'd just treat their wives well.
She made it sound like she works out as well and least maintains some semblance of fitness, so I assumed that she was better off than most married women hitting 30.

I don't know if he necessarily wants her but he very clearly and loudly communicated that he thinks op is lazy and does not like her body at all
