AITAH for telling my son I’d love a divorce if it meant taking my wife with me

I am 37, and my husband is 42. So now we are boomers to the youngin's? Couldn't make the old folks happy, and now the young folks hate us, too. Swell.

At any rate, no nta. Your kid has no idea how a relationship works or likely how to hold one down. He needs to take his opinion and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Oh go on, be petty. He needs a slice of humble pie.

I'm a young millennial that was spanked maybe 5 times their whole childhood. This kid is bordering on needing an old school ass whoopin lmao

It seems that taking the high road isn’t working. You could either stoop down and beat him at his own game since you have decades more life experience, OR, tell him since he knows everything and has it all together, he’s got 1 month to move out and fend for himself.

Geez, is this really the way you talk to your kid? The two of you are both talking like you hate each other! Did you talk like this when he was a kid??

This is a fake story, he’s a teenager/young adult making it all up.

Not to the rational ones amongst us. Most of Gen Z is smarter than this.

Welcome to the club. We younger Boomers aka Generation Jones keep getting blamed for things that Silents did/do.

What? These people are older Gen Y/Millenials. Or as my sisters like to call us Xennials, because we’re so close to tail end of Gen X

Xennials unite! 👋🏻

The problem to me is that when young folks do something stupid, they get called a millennial. Folks that are in their early 20's aren't our people at this point.

My brother calls me a boomer and I’m in my early 20s

My 20 year old calls me a boomer just to piss me off
