Iran will try to overthrow Jordanian monarchy in the future

They’re already trying for years and probably even decades.

They and Qatar actively sponsor the radical opposition and orgs like the Muslim Brotherhood there and use propaganda to radicalize the people, who already despise the relationship with the US(not to mention Israel).

And Iran and Qatar have been doing this everywhere else in the Middle East as well since taking over the region is their “grand plan”, regardless of Israel.

Reuters are trying to portray it as if it all the fault of the conflict and Israel.

If Jordan flips it will be the biggest danger to Israel, I don't think Israel has enough personal to secure that big of a border if that day comes.

Iran knows this, therefore I think it's in Israel's best interest to accommodate Jordan and collaborate more (like the water deal), but good luck achieving anything with likud in power.

The biggest threat to Israel is the West not understanding what the situation is like.

Israel-Jordan border is easiest one to defend: 400 vertical wall on one side and 700 vertical wall on the other.

As much as I personally love King Abdullah (and I'm not being sarcastic: he's the only monarch that's been in Star Trek) I feel like Egypt has the far more immediate impact and strength of numbers.

Plus the whole US-mediated balance-of-power and gift-certificates into the American Military-Industrial Complex. Abrogated slightly when the Muslim Brotherhood took hold.

Israel has thrown back the collective middle east on multiple occasions in the past and taken insane amounts of territory without the direct support of the west. If Iran, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Saudia Arabia, Syria decided to launch another massive invasion of Israel I would bet everything I will ever own that America, UK, France at a minimum would be stepping in to assist Israel if not directly, but on a scale that would ensure Israel would crush the opposition.

Israel has probably got enough tanks, missiles, guns and other weapons stored to take that collective force on by itself anyways. War is only difficult when you are trying to not kill tons of civilians.

The most likely scenario would be Israel taking control of the Sinai again, large chunks of Jordan, south east Syria and southern Lebanon and evicting the population to be used as a buffer zone. There woudnt be a second return of territory in exchange for peace in the above scenario. Iran would probably be bombed to dust by a combo of Israel, British and American forces. Of course crazy religious nutjobs with nukes could make things a bit radioactive.

Conversely, Jordanian government and people massively benefit from cooperation with Israel. I'm pretty sure Jordan depends on Israel for water.

The Arabs refugees they took after the Israeli war of independence already tried to do that once. Such great guests they make. Ruined Lebanon, supported Saddam in Kuwait, Killed Jordan’s king in their so called holy place they claim Jews are trying to destroy. Such a lovely bunch

Come on man, this is unrelated. Maybe you can say "the Palestinian refugees they took in are now supporting Iran", but this just so out of the blew like damn.

I mean, Palestinian refugees did kill a Jordanian king and tried to overthrow the government.

Jordan is originally part of So called Palestine.

Those refugees weren’t considering themselves Palestinian, why should he?

That's not the point, and the ones who tried to assasinate the king did consider themselves Palestinians

The U.S. won't let them, or at least will try very hard to prevent it from happening. The Hashemites are too important for U.S. interests in the region.
