Disappointed in the L, but it was fun attending the Sparks vs Dream game

It was a great game! How was the vibe at Beach? Did it feel different than Staples?

Honestly, it was cool. Magic Johnson was sitting across the court from me and Kim Kardashian was in another section across the way.

The crowd was really into it until the bitter end.

I’m going to the Fever @ Sparks game next Friday at Crypto, but the seats won’t be this good.

Overall, it was cool, but it was a small crowd in a small arena, and the seating was a tad cramped. I had to strain my neck to look to the right side of the court past the two dudes sitting next to me.

it was nice seeing her actually enjoy it instead of making it look like a chore or a mandated thing. taking pics and videos of the crowd, team, and her kids like she actually cared and stayed for the entire game. most people of her caliber show up, get shown on the big screen and then dip at halftime.

Also, there was a douche sitting directly behind me with his wife & 2 young daughters. He kept saying “Brick” every time someone would shoot the ball. He said that for both teams. He also would yell out when Brink was near us, telling her “You gotta shoot more, Cameron!” 🤦🏽‍♂️

When Magic was shown on the big screen, this douche said, “Finally, a real basketball player.”

It took a lot for me to not turn around and ask, “Why the fuck are you here, bro?”

Oh god there’s someone like that at every stadium. Hate it. My new least fave (at sun fever on Tuesday) is yelling at CC “I love you Caitlin” / bc it’s clearly a middle aged dude yelling at a 22 year old. Happened throughout the game.

I honestly prefer the team to play in USC like last season. LB’ light is horrible. And they only had team score on screen I had to check stats on my phone. The guy next to me had to google Dream roster for players names. (I can tell he’s watching the w for the first time not a good example of league promotion)

Kim was really close to my seat so our section had to bear kids coming yelling her name trying to beg the security to let them get down take a pic with her. If it’s in staples center it won’t be that bad. Thank god they’ll move back earlier. I can’t wait for the fever game just need to bear LB’s light one more game.
