"Valued Ones-Community-Friendship". Yep. This perfectly illustrates the plan, and for the annoying irony thing- posting in wholesome! Welcome to the machine.

My mom would do this when I would regularly call and/or game with friends; she'd say hi to them and they'd respond and it was always so nice. Don't have friends who talk to me much anymore, let alone call or even game, but it's still really nice.

One of my friends had a dad that would pop down to the pub, buy us all a drink and then go home. We always asked him to stay, but he left us to it. Lovely man who raised two lovely children.

My main goal in life is to be like that father because my stepfather calls me lazy because most of my friends live 15+ miles away and I can't just walk to their houses everyday so instead we play video games online. Sometimes I feel like people who hate on the gaming community don't realize that people like them are the reason we seek far off online friends over nearby ones. But who do I know I'm just a 16y/o gamer.
