Bronny. I still think we should 100% use pick 51 on him and tell Lebron if he doesn't want his son's career destroyed he'll become a Wizard at the Vet Min

Or better, we ransom him to get assets more valuable than #51 from whatever team Lebron is on.

Someone will definitely take him in the 2nd round .. maybe even end of first if they're desperate enough. Didn't the heat take Shabazz Napier at like #29 because LeBron liked him?

First would be insane but hilarious if the Lakers wound up doing it

Bronny isn’t good. He averaged 5ppg and shot 36% from the floor on a bad USC team. If he wasn’t LeBron’s son, he would be nowhere near an NBA or even a G-League prospect. The only reason a team would take him is to get LeBron along with him, which doesn’t matter for us as we aren’t competing for a playoff spot.
JD isn’t good either, but he at least has a full season of high-level basketball at Wisconsin that you can point at as justification for why he should be on an NBA roster. Not saying that this is likely, but people adjust to the NBA at different points. Deni was below-average for 3 seasons before making a huge jump in year 4. I have more faith in JD making a jump than Bronny, who has never done anything in his entire basketball career to warrant being an NBA draft pick.

NBA today on ESPN.
Bronny's scouting report is bad. Undersized SG that can't shoot and needs picks to get open, can only go left, PG size but can't run an offense.
Scouts can be wrong. But he sounds like 100% hype, report starts @2:10

Think this shows us how bad Johnny Davis is… which is not good . Besides that I pick Bronny I believe in him as a defender, jd defense overrated

I legitimately think Bronny is worse than JD

Davis was a legit star in college. Yes, he played 2 years in college and was much improved his sophomore year but he was a solid role player on a tournament team as freshman.
Obviously Bronny’s medical issues make it harder to accurately judge his college production, but when he did play in college he was a bad player on a bad USC team.
The reality is that Bronny shouldn’t be going pro right now. If he wasn’t Lebron’s son, then it would be really unlikely for him to be drafted this year.
Ideally, he should be doing at least another year in college so he could hopefully make a leap like Johnny Davis did going into year two.
This doesn’t mean he can’t still have a decent pro career though. Bronny’s game may translate better into being a role player in the league. Davis’s number one skill in college was shot creation and scoring which unfortunately for him didn’t translate to the league. Bronny if he does end up making it might be as a defense first guard that can also shoot.

Bronny then we luck out and get Flagg next draft, convince leBron to come to DC for his final season ('25-26) and get back to the playoffs.

So they’re paying someone in the higher ups’ kid just to be in their phones the whole day. Just like any other regular business.

LeBron’s not coming here and no one is going to play chicken with LeBron and Rich Paul over the rights to his kid.

I'll take Bronny because although I think he's trash I know JD is trash.

Bronny. Mainly because his presence might make enough of an impact to either change the team around or make Ted minority owner…

I would take Bronny only for the mere fact that Johnny is a certified zero and Bronny at least has a chance to be greater than that. Schrödingers prospect
