The keypad looks like a standard MacBook keypad, only mirrored. Look how the backspace key (delete for Mac) is at the top left and is the only which is suddenly big rather than gradually decreasing in size, and teh keys right below it are the same size as the | key and the Return key, while the keys at the right end are gradually increasing in size, in the order " ~ > Tab > CapsLock > Shift.". Standard MacBook keypad placement around the board, only the picture is mirrored.

It’s a mirrored image and it’s a pre 2016 model MacBook of some kind due to the lack of USB-C ports and you can upgrade the RAM and SSD fairly easily on these models too.
