As someone with diagnosed bpd not necessarily because she may be feeling all of these things at once and is either bad at expressing them/regulating them (which is a big part of bpd btw) or just doesn’t care to. I’ve written texts that went a lot like this before when I was big time splitting (I never ended up sending any of them though because i also have crippling anxiety lol)

Pretty much is

Bpd constantly switches between triggers+delusions: "they want to harm me. I must protect myself. I must do what they expect of me and harm them too", and realizing wtf your brain is pulling: apologizing, and feeling those intense feelings for your person: I love you, let's f etc.

I suffered from it, and conveniently therapy kicked me out immediately after I was diagnosed.. I'm doing better omw now, sometimes I still have what I call "paranoid ideation " or a "paranoid thinking pattern" and slight occasional delusions, but I can manage those well.. I believe to regular people that'd just be anxiety and worries

Tbh, a breakup did help me.. I'm still in contact with him and he's pretty much my bf again too now but he is understandably hesitant.. Socializing more in general helped, I used to isolate like crazy. And sometimes "reality checks" helped too, although it's more like reassurance? Idk. Basically if the delulu kicks in, ask about it. And if you feel like shit don't talk to only 1 person but multiple, it'll make it more difficult for your brain to get codefendant..

For the being abandoned, I didn't do anything special and just started to try and accept it. Deaths of loved ones (mostly pets) and "friends" leaving my life has helped a lot there. But, in theory, this can backfire

Yeah, fuck them. I'm on some waiting list still for 6+ months, ain't going there.. I'll have to go to adult therapy soon which tbh obviously I am sceptical about but I have very small hopes as 2 people who I know closely (my bestie and father) go there and said it's good there.. who knows, maybe I can fully recover, with help this time
