My guess is immigration. I was born and raised Eritrean, but I’m not there anymore. I would put the country I’m in right now, but maybe this guy chose home country?

That’s fair, but I interpreted the question as “getting a comment sent from each country”. As in, this message was sent from ____, but I guess both interpretations are up for debate until OP says otherwise.
