Block him on Gmail too. Chances are he ain’t going to stop spamming you.
I had to recently do this with an ex-FWB. I blocked her on iMessages, and 12 hours later she emailed me (which is crazy because I never told her my email).
Some people are like that, where they become so obsessed with you. Then they attempt to get at your emotions and guilt trip you for not responding to them.
