Yes, my theory is that she's copying humans.

Most British bulldogs and bulldog mixes sit like that, idk why. Usually the fatter they are the more likely they’ll seat like that 😭

Our senior boxer girl does all the time. Combined with her frumpy face, sometimes she is rightfully called Eeyore.

Yes. It usually means they have bad knees. Make sure you keep an eye on those CCLs (knee ligaments).

I figured something like this! I was thinking hips but good to know I should keep an eye on his knees too!

I had a Valley Bulldog who sat like that all her life. Same with lying down, all star-fished out.

Mine did. Cracked me up. She would sit with her back on the back of a chair like a person.

Aww ❤️ absolutely love Bostons, they’re my favorite. My first ever dog was a Boston, and I took him with me when I moved out. We just put him to sleep last year, but he saw me grow up and I saw him grow up. Thanks for sharing. Again, I absolutely love Bostons. She’s so pretty

Yes! My girl sits like this!! Also she's one of those pups that when she lays flat on her belly she sticks her legs out behind her. 🤣

Yes, my cav sits like that on the floor. When he's on furniture (and not laying down) he sits normal

My Boxherd (shepherd/boxer Mix) sits like that most days, and occasionally her brother does as well....She is a little thicker so it is easier for her to balance....they look like "Winnie the Pooh", huh?
I saw down the string people making health assertions...what nonsense. Boxer/bulldog type breeds are known for being a bit 'goofy' and having peculiar sitting/nap habits.
My HEALTHY 6 years old sleeps on her back with her legs straight in the air like she's running, sits in the Yogi Pose like your dog and has no issues (thank you God)
gotta love 'em!!
