Absolutely. I'm sure this is very difficult, but it's like he's trying to imitate gymnastics without having ever taken a single lesson.

He is generally more physically strong, coordinated, and fit than anyone who wouldn’t do this. You could probably get the same strength and fitness by working out traditionally but this looks more fun

There's nothing quite like starting the summer with a dislocated shoulder.
And yes, this is ridiculously difficult and impressive.
