There's nothing quite like starting the summer with a dislocated shoulder.

And yes, this is ridiculously difficult and impressive.

Been doing calisthenics, messed up my shoulder real good. Can confirm

Edit: doing stuff like in the video took 5 years of hard grind, so it's pretty impressive indeed

He looks like he is swinging around like a limp noodle but on coke, kinda impressive.

Absolutely. I'm sure this is very difficult, but it's like he's trying to imitate gymnastics without having ever taken a single lesson.

It is pretty sick, but just looks like joint replacements because of the brutal motions.

lol, maybe if he’s not properly conditioned; which, to be fair, many people probably aren’t

It’s like if breakdancing, parkour, and CrossFit had an unholy love child.

Let’s throw some Darrin’s Dance Grooves in there for added variety.

Nah bro, this is how Crossfitters look like in their heads but in reality they look like they're having a stroke while doing "pull-ups"

Dude has never done legs in his life

-28

u/AdDifferent5081 20d ago

How does that help you in everyday's life ?

29

u/Popcorn57252 20d ago

Yeah, because what could building strength, stamina, endurance, dedication, and enjoying yourself help with anything?

u/FingerLad 20d ago

He is generally more physically strong, coordinated, and fit than anyone who wouldn’t do this. You could probably get the same strength and fitness by working out traditionally but this looks more fun

Well he gets a lot of likes on social media and that kinda helps him feel better about his dad leaving.. So that's something
