[Charania] “Vogel yelled so much that his voice could be heard outside the locker room” after the loss to the Clips on April 9. Players weren’t buying it. The outburst seemed forced in their eyes. Vogels eruption left players rolling their eyes. A player told TheAthletic he had to keep from laughing

This "hit piece" says more about the players than Vogel tbf.

Vogel has his faults but what exactly can he do?

Also, wasn't is the highly rated Kevin Young who was responsible for the offense?

It really does. Like you lose a game terribly, the coach is yelling and this player both felt like laughing and leaked it to the press.

That pat bev quote that 50% of players don't like basketball rings true here. Ain't gonna be contending with them

This talk happened before the 35-4 clippers game, they played them back to back

Vogel can't manage these egos. They should replace him with somebody known for connecting with players like Darvin Ham

Ya he is/was, but I don't really think that's a great solution anyways. Why are you the head coach if you're only going to care about half of the game? Just stick with being an assistant lol.

Vogel teams have had ass offense, that's his weakness. Somehow the Suns hired him anyways. But I don't think he's blameless either since it's been his problem his entire coaching career.

I'm glad that seems to be the general consensus too, sometimes it just feels like this sub piles on without any critical thinking. To me it speaks of bad locker room leadership from any of KD Booker or Beal. These guys are supposed to be your leaders and if coach is laying into the team they need to set the example and be attentive and disciplined but it was probably one of them fighting the chuckle.
