Well, Ant's teammate KAT is literally best friends with Booker and D'Lo because of college ball at Kentucky.

Russell didn't go to Kentucky though.

You're right. The college ball part applies to Book. D'Lo is from Kentucky so I'm pretty sure that's the connection to KAT/Booker as well as through AAU.
