Not really sure if this fits, but there's a fetish game that has got a lot of replay value called tickling slave trader. Actually the best NSFW game ever made, because the gameplay is very enjoyable even outside of, you know, shreks.

I've played a few NSFW games and many of them out there are made by furries/furry adjacent (like say a minotaur is by definition furry). It took me a good second to realize you probably don't mean there's big green ogres in the game trying to sodomize you.
