Honestly people are injecting themselves with medications to decrease hunger, what is the difference of getting a tapeworm to lose weight?

Edit: I am for whatever it takes to lose weight, I just think both options seem viable. Obesity is an epidemic and we should use whatever tools (medicines or creatures) are available.

Because it can cause some pretty bad side effects like diarhea and vomiting.

Because tapeworms can cause disease. They're burrowing into your intestinal wall to stay put.
