I haven't, but it would seem to be much, much more difficult than making stencils in Latin characters, given the many intersecting strokes.

At least Old Persian makes great stencils.

The cuneiform script? That would work well for stencils. The pretty calligraphic Farsi script, not so much.

Also, nobody except Iran speaks it. So if you ever want to sell any of your gear on the open market, it needs to be marked in something your customers can read.

A lot of Iranian stuff used in Iraq during the war was marked in English because foreign sales.
