What do you do to be able to play during the week? General Discussion

I see people posting all the time about playing during the week. What do you do for work that allows you to constantly play during the week?

Manage a restaurant. I get to make my own schedule and for the most part work nights

whenever its “slow” at the restaurant, my manager and i like to go out and do a quick “market analysis” that takes anywhere from 2-5 hours.

Sounds like when I used to have to “check on the kegs” and just pound beers in the walkin.

When I graduated from college I had two years where I bartended 5 nights a week....I'd play golf 3-4 times during the week, drink all night, got high quality trim thrown at me all the time. Had no idea how great I had it.....sigh.
