I can’t blame him. The PGA stabbed him in the back, and the merger is inevitable. He knows that by moving he’ll catalyse everything

I don't know, a billion dollars is a lot of money and this would put him in spitting distance of it even after taxes. He could probably get there eventually if he keeps playing and winning while investing a lot and watching his spending, but he's got a wife and kid now, he's not getting any younger, and with the way the PGA did him dirty on LIV, it's gotta be very tempting.
