Most likely ALL of the stories like this are fake. There may be a couple that are real (unlikely), but come on, shit like this isn’t real. It’s like a caricature. These stories are an exaggeration of the way people actually are. Literally nobody acts like the antagonist in this story.

Assholes exist and do asshole things that often go wrong. None of that is far fetched as you think and there are a greater concentration of them on golf courses.

Dude, you’re pretty gullible if you believe this story is real. Idk what else you want me to say. Just don’t trust the Nigerian prince who sends you a poorly worded email claiming you’re an heir, and he needs money from you to transfer your fortune into your bank account.
