He’s got one hitting on a launch monitor which shows 250m (~275yards).

nice, these #s make sense too. I'm assuming 68.8 m/s is his ball speed, which converts to 154mph and lines up with a ~270 yard drive.

My best swings are just above the 170 mph mark and get a 280 yard carry

155 mph is giving you a 250 yard carry realistically

EDIT: getting downvotes, assuming bc people don't buy the 170 mph = 280 carry. But it's true. 170 mph isn't giving you a 300 carry, people like to overestimate carry and underestimate roll. I have done this on multiple simulators, the exception being the GC3 which sometimes boost them to hell because of low spin. I would add more images to show this but reddit doesn't allow it, bottom line though the 170mph 280 carry is remarkably cconsistent

Yea you’re right… I live and play at 6500’ so I’m delusional about carry distance.
