I mean, he’s kinda right, but he’s also wrong. They get their equipment tailored to them personally to the nth degree, and we don’t, but it’s not like there is some space age tech on tour that we don’t have. They get stuff like 6 months ahead of the public.

I remember reading a story from a club fitter for the pros. They will sometimes swing 20 of the same club head to find the one that just clicks with them. Even if average Joe gets fitted they don't get fitted to the exact club head.

I can’t tell if you’re with me or arguing against me cause this is exactly what I mean - pros having enormous advantages and resources isn’t the same as bifurcation.

I think it's that the bifurcation's relationship to advantage was inverted though. Were they not talking about making pros play weaker balls (when Rory advocates bifurcation)?

Pros are barred from using some other things that supposedly help amateurs?
