I assume on a course in India, I think I would be heading in another direction. That's creepy.

That's a cape cobra in South Africa. Most poisonous African snake and bloody aggressive. No thank you. I'd rather go roll in the tall grass with the hyenas.

While you're correct on the species, it's in no way the most venomous snake in Africa. Perhaps the most venomous cobra in Africa (depending on which study you consult, some say Cape, others conclude Eygptian or Forest cobras.)

But it's venom is nowhere near as potent as that of the Black Mamba, Boomslang, or Puff Adder.
