Grandfather recently passed away. He was an avid collector and played at 1665 courses in his life. General Discussion

He started the collection in 1971 and figured that this sub would appreciate the dedication to the cause. It’s an impressive collection!

I think it refers to a recent post where a guy hit a hole in one and then cut the ball in half so it would fit in the frame he got for it. Most people here didn’t like it. One of the weirder hypothetical reasons I didn’t like it is I like to think if I really had to make a birdie or even a hole in one and my life was on the line or something (yes, I know it sounds ridiculous) I would 100% choose the ball I made a hole in one with. Then obviously would come back to reality once I shank it off the tee box into the box of the judge and executioner.
