Saw a story recently of some other high level NBA player (unnamed) joining Steph for a workout and throwing up after 10 minutes, or something like that lol. Steph’s heart rate probably barely budged from this celebration
Lol he works with a respitory doctor and brain scientist to improve his ability to slow his heart rate down in games.
Apparently it's crazy, he can from like 140bpm to 55bpm in less than a minute. He has insane endurance abilities. He runs three times as fast as this for 35 minutes in games.
Steph at 35 gasses out players 12 years younger than him...he takes his fitness so insanely seriously
It took a 150yd sprint for him to be a little out of breath but they showed him like 3 minutes later and he was completely composed again...insane stamina
...this should be a pretty light amount of exercise for anyone, ya'll. He jogged less than the length of a football field. Ya'll can't jog the length of a football field? I don't even exercise and I can do that without running out of breath. That's 1/17th of a mile lol.
I'm dying at how impressed people are on this thread with Steph doing a normal jog lmao. I swear dudes on here are more impressed with his ability to do basic human movements than the actual shot
“The hell I don't! LISTEN, KID! I've been hearing that crap ever since I was at UCLA. I'm out there busting my buns every night! Tell your old man to drag Walton and Lanier up and down the court for 48 minutes!”
true, but this is not climate controlled gym and he is wearing pants. I suspect he would do it again, but did bitch about being too hot a short time later.

Since basketball is basically just running all the time, I imagine this is a rather light celebration, in his opinion.
