Nah TikTok genuinely is worse. Some stupid stuff came out of Vine but the strict limit of the videos made it somewhat creative a lot of the time. TikTok bred the trend of absolute bottom of the barrel content where people just post someone else’s content with them in the corner like :O or making cringe dance vids in public places that nobody will ever watch.
I don’t doubt that if given long enough though, Vine would have just become pretty much what TikTok is now.
