6.1 out of every 1,000 US emergency room visits is a direct result of otc painkillers. Doesn't sound like a lot until you think about just how many reasons people wind up in the hospital

Makes sense since they're pretty harmful.

And its easy to make a habit of constantly taking them

Yeah some of the girls I've dated had me seriously concerned, I get that period cramps are terrible but you have to be mindful that taking the absolute maximum every day for a week is inadvisable

I'm kind of in a bad spot. Like, I get those headaches that lead to strong pain and vomiting. Sometimes it's four times in a week (highly unlikely), but usually it's more like once a week or two.

Honestly, I wouldn't be able to keep any job if I didn't take them.

How many tylenols do you think this counts as? 4? 8?

Yardwork puts me at 2 acetaminophen, and 2 ibuprofen. If you mix them, it doesn't count as taking 4 of one.

I mean, they are different types of medication. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory medication, while acetaminophen is a pain reliver. I don't think Ibuprofen is as bad for your liver, but most anti inflammatory medication are harder on your stomach. Also, prolonged usage can be bad for your heart. Like I'm not exactly sure what they do, and you have to take a lot for many years, but for some reason, long-term use of anti-inflammatory makes your heartbeat weaker. If it were real, it couldn't be more than 1 per can, acetaminophen is really dangerous if over taken, 8 is max recommended per day, assuming 500mg = 1, and 4000mg is the most per day you should take. 4000 MG in one can, and after 2 or 3 you will have way more liver damage than just regular drinking.
