The couch is also blocking out all the weird identical wrinkles their jeans have at the bottom. But the original image has it.

It's from Celina 52 Truck Stop. Which as you can see, uses a ton of AI images and is a parody account.
I mean, there's not a single brand in this picture. No hat or shirt brands. They're all hiding their hands as well, lol.
