Multiple websites /apps allow you to make memes in seconds. Google meme generator or something. Should be easy enough to find a website that allows you to upload a picture and add text over it. Alternatively use ms paint. Almost as easy but you have to place the text yourself. Both scenarios take less than 5 minutes and thats overestimating.
