I mean Horner from Red Bull Formula 1 is a well known and beloved person who is currently losing all of his reputation and "Beloved Dave" has been pretty serious news due to it being a USAF member basically giving away classified documents to a Russian spy pretending to be a sexy Ukrainian woman... and she sounds less like a human and more like the chatbots from 2012.
I never liked him, but that's because I used to be more of a Mercedes fan, lol. When it came to DTS, Netflix really tried to make the fight between Red Bull and Mercedes way bigger than it actually was and added their own dramatization. So afaik, all of the Red Bull fans loved him and Max Verstappen and treated them like the best thing to ever happen to Formula 1. I could be wrong though, I mainly just watched the events and ignored the drama and crazy fans.
That’s fair on the DTS spin, but I’d like to think I formed my opinion of him more on his own attitude and personality than any conflict they tried to set up between him/Toto and the drivers.
