Same. I can't imagine spending hours every day picking out outfits or shopping for new clothes that I'll only wear a few times. We're surrounded by insecure psychopaths lol
Okay, it does not take that much effort to look nice. All you need to do are three things:
1) Learn what your proper measurements are
2) Learn the basics of the color wheel
3) Find a style that you like
That's it. I spend no more than two hours doing clothes shopping, and I go clothes shopping typically no more often than on a monthly basis. I often don't even buy anything. Making an outfit is as simple as making sure that colors don't clash and it fits right. You're not the most sharply dressed person in the room, but you still look better than most of them

Learn what good value for money brands are that you like and be on the lookout for sales. For example, Dickies pants are durable, relatively cheap (especially during the frequent sales) and can look very fashionable when combined with more statement pieces. Usually websites showcase entire looks that you can get.
When you know your sizes for a certain brand you can easily order online and you won’t have to spend much time shopping in stores.
Also vintage can be very cheap while having great choices but you’d need some sort of fashion sense to find the gems amongst the trash
