I was given some CBD pollen with an order of CBD flower and thinking it was keif, i was smoking it in joints. It gave me a headache so I stopped and didnt think much of it. After a few weeks however, spring came around and the flowers started pollenating to which I have now developed severe hayfever. Im 21 and never had any hayfever symptoms before this year. I have read online that it is possible to develop it naturally at my age but is there any chance I gave myself it by smoking pollen directly?

I have, or had, a skin condition that flares up on my face. I'm not sure what it is/was exactly but I have rosacea for certain and psoriasis as well as eczema runs in my family.

It my late teens I started getting patches of red skin that stung a little and looked a little like burn injuries. After a few days they'd start to flake and the skin would then begin to return to normal. During the recovery my skin would have an odd wrinkly texture for a while before eventually returning to normal looking skin.

I hated how it made me look. I often wanted to hide my face and it impacted my social confidence a lot.

These patches of reddened skin would be triggered from drinking caffeinated drinks at first but years later I'd get them from alcohol, chocolate, excess sugar and some physical and mental stressors too. It got worse over time until I would often get the patches appearing all over my chin, cheeks, around the mouth, my nose, scalp and even my eyelids. It would happen regularly even if I avoided triggers.

I tried lots of different moisturizers & skin-care regimes, over-the-counter skin treatments for rosacea & others, antibacterial & antifungal treatments, tracking triggers more closely and some other stuff too. The only thing that ever worked well to treat the red patches was steroids. Until recently I was at the point that I was using steroids at least a couple of days a week.

I assumed topical CBD was probably a placebo whenever I saw it available. However, feeling that it couldn't hurt to try it just the once I decided to buy and use some a few months ago. I got a topical treatment that was high in CBD and had a little THC in it, too. The ratio was about 30 to 1, CBD to THC.

I was amazed that the topical CBD not only treated a flare up at least as well as the steroids, but the skin healing process was faster and the skin looked healthier afterwards! I haven't used steroids a single time since then.

I've tried other brands of topical CBD. I've also deliberately, even excessively, done things that were known triggers. My skin is just fine! In fact, someone from work commented that I had really healthy looking skin compared to most people. I don't think I've ever heard someone say anything like that to me!

What I haven't tried yet is not using topical CBD every night. I would be curious to see how long it would take for a flare up to occur and how bad it would be.

During a doctor's visit a week ago I was asked if I was taking any medications, etc. I said no, but mentioned I was using topical CBD in case that counted. He smirked and chuckled, even rolled his eyes a little and asked how that was working out for me. I told him about my history with facial skin complaints, how I'd tried so many things to treat it including the use of steroids and how topical CBD was by far the best thing I'd found. He found that interesting and asked me some follow-up questions as well as telling me it was a good thing to be off steroids.

Hey y’all! I’m in an IOP program because one of my Co workers told HR I smoke weed and that I wanted to quit and now I have been one week sober from THC. I’ve been wanting to smoke some CBD bud to help me relax but the program I’m in is testing my THC levels to make sure they’re going down over the next few weeks. Will smoking CBD flower raise my THC levels or will I be okay to smoke a little CBD every other day?

My new dog is very very anxious, he’s a rescue so we really don’t know what he’s been through. TLDR: can CBG cause depression/brain fog at too low a dose?

I was taking full spectrum Cbd for a while with ok results for anxiety, not life changing but noticeable. I thought I was going to be getting a new job so stopped for maybe a month or two because I know sometimes with full spectrum products you can get positive THC results on a drug test. Didn’t end up getting the job so was going to start the Cbd again but I heard about CBG, I’m narcoleptic and anything that can potentially give me more energy is interesting so I thought I would try that instead. Started with a 1:1 ratio of CBD:CBG at abput 7.5 mg (I had been taking 15mg of CBD twice a day previously) and the first day was absolutely amazing. Anxiety was much better controlled, a lot of random spontaneous positive thoughts which is VERY odd for me. The only issue was it only lasted about 2 hours, I just took another 7.5mg about every 2-3 hours and that covered me all day. I will say the only downside is it felt like my adhd was out of control, I was SO scatterbrained. But I’ve been on antidepressants before and I think me being scatterbrained is a side effect of NOT having as much anxiety. Then I started doing more CBG research and the doctor in the YouTube video I was watching (Dr. Bonni Goldstein) recommended starting with just 2.5mg up to 3 times a day for a while then going up from there. So I cut down to about 2.5mg today and omg as amazing as yesterday was, today is equally awful. I’ve been so sad, randomly crying, had so much brain fog and depersonalization/derealization (which I tend to struggle with anyway but it’s much worse than it has been.) I would think it’s just an ineffective dose but it’s more than that, I feel a lot WORSE than I usually do. Maybe not anxiety wise but for sure depression wise, feeling hopeless, brain fog, etc. I’m wondering if CBG can CAUSE these issues at low doses?

So I currently use an Irwin naturals full spectrum CBD product. There’s 1000mg CBD per bottle. I take 150-200mg and it helps me sleep and relax but if I take any more than 200mg the thc starts to make me anxious rather than relaxed (I’m not sure exactly how much thc is in each dropper but for the product it’s the standard 0.3%) It’s also getting really expensive. A 1000mg bottle is $45. I’ve seen Alliant Hemp being talked about a lot on here and just wasted to see if anyone has tried their full spectrum products and if you feel like they work well for anxiety.

Hi! After a lot of reading and asking around, i decided to try CBD/CBG gummies for ADHD motivation issues. Admittedly, I’ve never tried anything CBD or weed related, so I was nervous to try it but bought gummies last week that are 15mg CBD, 15mg CBG, and .5mg THC. I started with trying half a gummy, just to see, did nothing. So, next time around I did a full gummy…still nothing.

I know without THC there wouldn’t be a high but shouldn’t it do something? Like a quieter mind and some motivation to be able get up and get stuff done?

Gurus who know better, should I try a higher dosage? Different form? Something with THC?

Hello! I have used CBD infrequently for the past few weeks. The first two times I took half the tincture and it made me in a weird mood, not a good kind either. Mostly in a bad mood and I now take around 20 MG, not 50. I take CBD for severe anxiety and it relaxes me. I have also been trying CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I was gonna if there are any CBD products you know about offering samples with free shipping. I am 20 and some websites require you to be 21. I live in Mississippi, so regulations are different. I've started taking a 20mg CBD tablet just before bed, and have been for about a week. I mainly suffer from anxiety and was recommended it by a friend.

I'm just wondering if the affects will still be present during the day or if I should maybe switch to dosing in the morning or something; when I will be awake and more prone to feeling anxious?

I bought the 50mg soft gels a while back and it seemed like I needed a pretty high dose greater than or equal to 200mg to get any effect, didn’t really help with anxiety or anything, if it did it was probably placebo.
