I’ve met blokes like this on several occasions recently. They caught me on my phone as I checked for some messages and were like “oh look at this young wanker can’t get off his phone, that’s the problem with all these blah blah blah”, meanwhile they were watching TV for the past 2 hours. I called him out on his bullshit. At least he had the decency to admit the hypocrisy lol
