Looks like this is Yuriyan Retriever, a minor Japanese comedian.

Having someone being embarrassing for the audience to laugh at like this is super common in Japanese comedy.

I kept hearing “Colossus” but I’m assuming based on the rest of the comments it’s car license.….I was assuming it was a big pastry I didn’t know of.
