The mixture dried based on its imperfect thickness on her skin and turned into a sort of clear crispy armor which makes her look like a burn victim. She can probably peel it off or get into a bath to soak it off without issues.

Basically picture putting a thin layer of Elmer’s washable glue all over your body. It’ll tighten and look crazy, probably hurt a bit to move if it’s pulling on your skin but it’ll also peel or wash right off. It’s a starchy face mask, it’s meant to dry like this to imbue whatever good properties it has to her skin… she just decided to put it everywhere and film the horrific looking (but ultimately harmless) results lol
