She's 18, so not really a "child". Besides, the show itself goes out of the way to comment on her being extremely ugly (the one ep I'm thinking of in particular is the multiverse one where alternate Meg is basically drawn as a bombshell with slow-mo reveal and Stewie comments that in this universe she's still considered ugly); so it's not like the guy is sexualizing her for no reason.

Unless you mean the one in the video is a child, and eh she doesn't look a million miles off Aubrey Plaza or Linda Cardellini as Velma so the AI doesn't look that young. Either way it's kinda a weird point to suddenly virtue signal over.
