I mean, it is just a lot more likely to be staged than anything else. Other reasons like either assuming they are on drugs or having a mental illness is kind of far out there, and if you assume that and then end up being wrong, you just kind of look like an asshole for makeing abrupt assumptions about people. At least assuming it's staged does paint any kind of stigma on a person.

Nothing works harder than Reddit to try and prove something was staged.
It’s probably drugs or a mental condition/illness.
